PRICES
All prices are listed in Danish kroner (DKK).
TAXES
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. Danish VAT will be applied to orders shipped within Denmark. Local VAT will be charged to all other EU destinations.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS
Marlene Juhl Jørgensen Fine Jewelery insures every purchase from the time it leaves our hands until it is delivered to you.
When your order has been sent, you will receive an email with your tracking number from Postnord, so you can follow your delivery online.
Please note that the delivery time is usually 1-5 working day(s). In the event that the delivery time is longer, you will be notified via email immediately after we have handled your order.
Fixed price for shipments in Denmark: DKK 55.
Fixed price for shipments to all other countries: DKK 250.
During free shipping promotions, the shipping cost will be deducted from your final payment.
CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel an order, you must send an email marked 'cancellation' to mail@marlenejuhljorgensen.com, stating the order date and number. Alternatively, you can reply to the email with your order confirmation, and also write 'cancellation' in the subject field. Cancellations must be made before 14.00 on the day the order is placed. If the cancellation is made after 14.00, it is considered a return (see section RETURN & REFUND).
PAYMENT
We accept payment with Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and JCB.
Marlene Juhl Jørgensen Fine Jewelery is approved by PBS to accept the above payment cards.
WARRANTY, CLAIMS AND COMPLAINTS
We offer a two-year guarantee on all products purchased from Marlene Juhl Jørgensen Fine Jewellery.
This guarantee entitles the customer to a refund for a product that is defective at the time of sale. For up to 6 months after purchase, the burden of proof lies with Marlene Juhl Jørgensen Fine Jewellery. In the following 18 months, the burden of proof lies with the customer.
Marlene Juhl Jørgensen Fine Jewelery is responsible for the repair costs if a product breaks during the warranty period. Damage to products caused by incorrect use and handling, modifications or gross damage is not covered by the warranty.
If you have a complaint, please send an email to mail@marlenejuhljorgensen.com. In the email, you must write all details, including purchase date and order number as well as your full name and contact details.
The above terms, conditions and procedures are subject to and interpreted in accordance with Danish law and the Danish courts.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you wish to return your purchase, it must be sent to us within 28 days of receipt. In addition, you must contact us by email, within the first 14 days of receipt, to inform us of your wish to return or exchange the item. Goods returned outside the specified period are only accepted at the discretion of Marlene Juhl Jørgensen Fine Jewellery.
When returning, please use the prepaid return form that you will find attached. Otherwise, you can use our return portal, which you will find under the "returns" section.
All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Returned items that do not meet our instructions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
The customer is responsible for all costs in connection with the return of products.
Specially made jewellery, or jewelery with personal engravings, cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Please note that in certain cases, refunds can take up to 14 working days before they appear on your account - this is due to variable processing times at various financial institutions.
B. If the shipment is visibly damaged, reject the package upon receipt.

SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR BUSINESS OPERATORS
There is no right of withdrawal for traders and the one-year guarantee takes effect from the original invoice date. Replacement or repair does not extend the original 1 year warranty period.
